Your diary stays your diary
DiaRoutine is designed around a friendly boundary: everyday notes stay off-chain, while Ritual can receive hash-only proof commitments when a user chooses to save them.

Simple rule
Diary notes are for the user. Ritual proof is for hash-only checkpoints when a user wants a stronger record that something existed.
Telegram is the front door
Users write meals, glucose, insulin, walks, workouts and daily notes in Telegram. DiaRoutine helps structure those entries so the diary is easier to keep up with.
Raw diary data stays off-chain
Food text, glucose values, insulin details, workout notes, activity context, Telegram ID and location are not sent on-chain as raw data.
Ritual receives hashes
Ritual proof is used for hash-only checkpoints such as report hashes, diary checkpoints and export hashes. The readable diary stays private.
No wallet for regular users
Regular users do not need to connect a wallet. A service wallet can handle gas for proof transactions.
